公告： 12月份平台營運公告!

各位尊敬的會員們：

感謝大家這幾年來對本平台的支持。

近日在論壇聽到部份會員語重心長地對本平台似乎停滯不前的現狀有所微言，也讓我們經營團隊深感汗顏。 老實說--並不是要為經營團隊辯駁--，在我發表此篇文章的同時，本平台的工作人員其實正兢兢業業、夜以繼日地為了本平台的各項發展而努力奮鬥著。

在不久的將來，各位會員「鐵定」會看到本平台出現巨幅的成長，除了現有的營運模式外，我們也將在新的市場，開發出更多讓各位會員眼睛一亮的嶄新功能與商業模式(包含論壇上有會員所建議的M幣兌換商城都已在加速籌畫中)。不過為了避免這些計劃尚未曝光就被抄襲或引起對手注意，我們將會在新的計劃開跑時，在會員後台的「最新消息」來正式公告。

本平台從創立以來，一直都是以群眾募資（Crowdfunding, 中國大陸地區稱之為「眾籌」）的網站平台經營模式來推行MIS網路整合計畫，此方式在我們所在的歐美地區已經發展數年之久，而且近年來的成效與發展速度均相當驚人，本平台創辦人的理念發展至今已獲得將近8萬會員註冊共同參與這個MIS網路整合計畫，這樣的規模在世界上的群眾募資平台裡堪稱數一數二，未來我們會勠力轉型成華人界首屈一指的群眾募資平台，以支持及鼓勵更多新創事業的誕生。

一個創新的理念要成功，最難的就是一開始是否能獲得大眾的支持，如今我們很榮幸地說，MIS華人網路互惠平台已經跨出成功的第一步了。也因為有目前所有會員的共同努力，我們才能有目前的成就，且能夠繼續茁壯。

在此我也要向本平台所有的會員表示感激之意，並說聲：「謝謝你們的支持」!

除此之外，我們也將於2015年1月正式啟動中國大陸地區的發展，目前已經確定與大陸地區的許多企業取得商業合作與大量的廣告訂單，未來會員們在大陸地區推廣MIS整合計畫將會更容易更順利而且合法，詳細情形將於2015年1月份在會員後台正式公告。

而論壇及線上客服有會員反應全球分紅不斷的往下滑落，質疑是否會員人數愈多全球分紅就會愈少一事，本人也謹代表公司藉此機會向各位作說明。全球分紅是由會員贊助金額及業務收入與公司的其他營收合計而成，目前全球分紅的獎勵的確因為會員快速成長，而造成較以往減少一些的情形。

但請各位理解，MIS整合計畫主要的收益來源並不是來自於會員的贊助，而是本平台的業務收入。隨著新市場的快速成長，我深信業務收入會開始急遽往上提升，而全球分紅獎勵也會因此而提高，本月份中國大陸地區已經有許多企業向本平台購買廣告及服務，所以本月16日的全球分紅獎勵自然會有明顯的增幅。

因此請勿以訛傳訛，把焦點放在會員人數的多寡上面，而是應著重於本平台未來的業務收入發展，畢竟MIS整合計畫的定位是一個群眾募資平台，絕不會以龐氏騙局的模式來進行所謂的違法吸金。

事實上，在每一項新的計劃開展前，本平台之法令遵循部門均須與不同地區的法律顧問反覆討論，以恪遵不同地區的法令、避免觸法，以目前即將要發展的中國大陸市場為例，我們就必須遵守中國大陸地區的相關法令，而此也不免會讓新計劃的實行延宕時日。

雖然這麼一來，不免讓會員們抱怨，但請相信我們比大家更焦急，但為了本平台「永續經營」的一貫理念，嚴格遵循法令是我們唯一且不變的選擇。展望未來，我們勢必仍將秉持著這樣的理念，不斷創新與大步向前，請各位會員們放心並拭目以待！

Dear Members,

Thanks for your supports given to our platform throughout theseyears.

In recent days we have heard members criticizing our management onour forum as there seems having no progression in the period, and indeed we aredeeply ashamed about it.

Frankly speaking, I am not writing to defend for our team, but asa matter of fact staff of our platform has been dedicating much for thedevelopment of our platform when this article is being published.

Soonin days to come, we guarantee that members will see the platform’s rapidprogression. Other than the current business mode, we are also developing newfunctions and business modes in new market (including the M-coin Mall assuggested by some members). However, to avoid copycatting by other competitors,we will be releasing updates on our Member’s area when the plan will beinaugurated.

Since the inauguration of our platform, we have been relyingheavily Crowdfunding in other to support our MIS Network Integration Plan. Thisbusiness mode has been popular in European and American countries and there hasshown a rapid growth in these few years. Idea by the founder of this platformhas already attracted some 80,000 members to participate in this MIS Network IntegrationPlan and such scale is renowned across the world. We will be trying our verybest to top among other crowdfunding platforms to support and encourageestablishment of more creative businesses.

For a new idea to succeed, the most difficult step could begaining public support. We are honored to say that, MIS Chinese Online AidPlatform has started its journey of success. All because of dedications by all memberswe have such a great achievement today.

I would like to make use of this opportunity to express mygratitude to all members, and say “Thanks for your support!”

Otherthan this, we will be inaugurating our mainland China business since January2015, and we have confirmed a lot of advertising orders with businesses in themainland China. In the future members will be having more effective and legalway to promote their business and further details will be announced in theMember’s Area in January 2015.

There have been comments from online forum and CS suggesting thatthere has been a decrease in dividend income, and it is criticized that whetheror not it is indirectly proportional to the number of members. On behalf of thecompany, we would like to make a short explanation as follows. The global incomedividend is calculated through combination of members’ sponsorship, corporateand other incomes. It is true that current decrease in income dividend isrelated to increasing number of members.

Butwe hope that you will understand, the major income of MIS is not from members’sponsorship, rather it’s the operational income of the platform. With the rapidgrowth and development of market, I am sure that such operational income willincrease so leading to an increase in global divided. A lot of businesses inmainland China has been purchasing our advertising and service in this year andthe global dividend to be offered on 16 this month will be having a significantincrease.

Thus please stop spreading rumors and wrongly focus on the numberof members, rather it’s better to focus on our operational income as MIS is acrowdfunding platform, we will never employ Ponzi Scheme to collect fundsillegally.

As a matter of fact, before the start and implementation of everybusiness proposal, our legal department will be discussing with different legalconsultants of various places to follow their legislations. Taking the currentplan in developing mainland’s market, we need to follow legislation in mainlandChina and so there may cause a minor delay in the formal inauguration of thebusiness proposal.

Weunderstand that some members will be criticizing us, but please believe that wealso share your feelings but we have to ensure that our platform issustainable, thus we have no way but to follow the legislations strictly.
